The company started trading from a small shop in Enfield, North London back in 1973, and fast forward 50 years now has over 800 products and distributes to more than 100 countries around the world.

Now based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, the brand boasts worldwide appeal amongst darts fans with their impressive range of high-quality products. In 1985, the Harrows brand drew worldwide headlines when they signed the five-time world champion Eric Bristow to their roster of players. The contract was signed live on national terrestrial television in the UK and at the time was regarded as the most lucrative darts player sponsorship deal of all time. ‘The Crafty Cockney’ pocketed a cool £250,000 as part of the deal which instantly increased the profile of Harrows. Several of the current top professional players are sponsored by Harrows including 2022 PDC World Cup of Darts winner Damon Heta, multiple time major finalist Dave Chisnall and multi-time PDC title winner Ryan Searle.

Which pros use Harrows Darts?

You will often see Harrows Darts being used in the biggest tournaments on television with Damon Heta, Dave Chisnall and Ryan Searle three of the top professional players who are signed by the brand.

Dave Chisnall signed up with Harrows in 2019 and the partnership has helped him continue to be one of the leading players in the PDC. ‘Chizzy’ used his own signature darts from Harrows when he added to his haul of senior titles with victories in the 2022 Belgian Darts Open, 2023 Baltic Sea Darts Open, 2023 German Darts Championship and 2023 Dutch Darts Championship.

Damon Heta joined Harrows in 2020 and has gone on to become Australia’s number one player and reach the top 16 in the PDC world rankings. ‘The Heat’ used his signature Harrows darts when he won the 2022 PDC World Cup of Darts alongside Simon Whitlock, and also when he claimed victory in the 2022 Gibraltar Darts Trophy.

Ryan Searle became the newest marquee signing at Harrows in 2024. 'Heavy Metal' now uses his own signature darts from Harrows and has continued to add to his PDC title tally, winning Players Championship events in 2024 and 2025. Searle uses a unique darts setup, opting for a 32g dart, which is by far the heaviest weight of dart used on the professional circuit.

DELIVERY SUMMARY:

• The majority of orders leave us within 24 hours.
• Items purchased over a weekend, bank holiday, or Friday after 3pm, may take longer.
• Personalised items take an additional 2-6 days to complete.
• If you have chosen Fast Track we take every effort to ensure your items leave the same day if ordered before 3pm (Monday-Friday), however this is not possible on weekends and Bank Holidays. Fast Track is NOT applicable to personalised items as these take an additional 2-6 days to complete.
• Click & Collect collections are available Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY TIME

For UK orders, customers have the following shipping options:

• Regular Post. When this option is selected, the order will be dispatched using first class Royal Mail post. This option will only be available for lighter orders.
• Tracked Courier. When selected, the order will be dispatched on a 2 day, signed for courier service.
• Express Courier. When selected, the order will be dispatched on a next day, signed for courier service.

Orders for delivery outside of the UK, will be dispatched on a Tracked Courier service.

The majority of orders leave us within 24 hours. This may slightly vary during the peak season (October-February). Orders placed within our peak season may be subject to a further delay of up to 72 hours as this is generally our busiest season of the year.

If you have chosen the Express Courier option, we take every effort to ensure your items leave within 24 hours. However, during the busy season, this guarantee has to be extended to within 48 hours.

Please note that for delivery purposes - items are for Monday-Friday only. Items purchased over a weekend, or Friday after 3pm, will leave on Monday. 

**Sometimes adverse weather conditions and industrial action may limit the services provided to us by Royal Mail or Couriers - please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external companies**

FAST TRACK SERVICE

Any orders that choose our Fast Track Service will be guaranteed to leave us within the timeframe specified. If ordered before 3pm (Monday-Friday) then the order will leave us the same day. Customers must enter their full details online, in order that any queries can be dealt with as soon as possible. Any orders placed on Friday PM or over the weekend will leave us on Monday. Fast Track service does not guarantee next day delivery - only that the order will be sent by us into the postal system, via your chosen delivery method.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

We do our utmost to complete all orders fully and may from time to time substitute an out of stock product with a similar item or duplicate items already purchased to avoid any delays in shipping. If the darts you have ordered are out of stock - we will notify you and give you an estimated time of when they are due in.

OVERSEA'S ORDERS: (NON-UK MAINLAND)

Please note that the shipping costs provided by the site must be regarded as an estimate and should the item cost considerably more, we reserve the right to withhold the order, and notify you of the expected delivery cost. This will then be billed separately.

IMPORT DUTIES (FOR ALL EU COUNTRIES)

When we ship orders to individual customers (retail orders) to EU countries and the order value is under €150, we charge you VAT at the relevant tax rate for the delivery country. Therefore, you will not be liable to pay any local import duties when taking receipt of the delivery.

When we ship retail orders with a value over €150 or to businesses (trade orders), to EU countries – we do not charge our local tax (VAT). However, you are liable to pay any local import duties when taking receipt of the order.

IMPORT DUTIES (FOR ALL COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU)

When we ship any orders to countries outside of the EU - we do not charge our local tax (VAT). However, you are liable to pay any local import duties when taking receipt of the delivery.

SPECIFIC DELIVERY REQUEST

If you are ordering goods for a particular holiday departure date or as a gift for a birthday etc, please inform us so we can make every effort to meet this deadline. Please note, to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery we require you to order before 18th December.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Orders that include personalised items will not be despatched until the personalised items are finished, unless by prior arrangement. Personalised items can take an additional 2-6 days to complete, and occasionally slightly longer during the busy season (Oct-Feb).

PERSONALISED ITEMS RETURNS POLICY

Any personalised item(s) (flights, shafts, surrounds, clothing etc) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS POLICY

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with any receipts.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge. For exchanging large or heavy items the carriage charge will be £7. All darts sent back for a refund will incur a £2 administration fee, with all other items incurring a 20% administration fee. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.
