RETURNS POLICY

At Darts Corner, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We understand that sometimes, despite careful consideration, a product may not meet your expectations. With our "No-Fuss Returns" policy, you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered.

 

POLICY DETAILS

Returns Within 30 Days: You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items.

Original Packaging: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, just as you received it. This helps us maintain the quality and integrity of the product.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalised items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift vouchers are non-returnable. 

Damaged or incorrect items: Please follow the Return Process, ensuring you upload an image of the damaged or incorrect item

 

RETURN PROCESS

Initiate a Return: Follow these steps:

  1. Go to our returns form
  2. Add your email address and order number.
  3. Complete the form, including the reason for your return.
  4. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please upload a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  5. Your returns slip will be generated after completing the online return form.

Package the Item(s): Securely package your items. All returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Please include your returns slip in your package so that we can deal with your return as quickly as possible. 

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Darts Corner will not hold responsibility for any goods lost in transit.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it's in the original condition. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Where applicable, Darts Corner will refund the standard return postage costs. We will not be held liable for return costs using premium shipping.
