A dartboard surround is a ring that goes around the board and helps to protect the wall from being damaged with any darts that go off target. The points of your darts will also be protected too, as a surround provides a softer surface than a wall for any stray throws that might miss the board. A surround comes in a rubber ring shape and is easy to install, as it fits around a standard bristle dartboard and with no fixings required as part of the setup.
