Once you have redeemed points for a Voucher you can’t convert the reward back to points.

You need a personal account to earn Reward Points. Points and Vouchers cannot be transferred to another customer account.

Every order earns points which you can redeem in your next order. Shipping and Gift Voucher purchases are excluded from earning Reward Points. Reward Points do not expire.

If for any reason your item is refunded, then the equivalent points will be deducted from your account.
