Why we support grassroots darts? At Darts Corner we are incredibly passionate about all things darts and we feel it is important to support and help grow the game at a grassroots level. We are proud to sponsor grassroots darts through both the UKDA (United Kingdom Darts Association) and the SDA (Scottish Darts Association). By giving something back to the darts community we are demonstrating our support and thanks to all the darts enthusiasts that have supported Darts Corner. Darts Corner & United Kingdom Darts Association (UKDA) In 2020, Darts Corner agreed a long-term sponsorship deal with the UKDA. The agreement saw the Mission Samurai II become the official dartboard for all UKDA-run events and competitions. This was updated in 2023 to be the Mission Samurai Infinity. The UKDA looks after the county system in England and Wales – a long running institution of grassroots darts which dates as far back as the 1970s! The organisation was voted in to take over the running of the county system in 2020, with the first National League season under the UKDA’s stewardship held in 2021/22. If you are a UKDA member check out the UKDA collection for UKDA surrounds and official setups. Darts Corner & Scottish Darts Association (SDA) In 2021, Darts Corner put pen to paper on a long-term sponsorship deal with the SDA. The partnership saw Darts Corner offer their support, help and advice to help the SDA achieve their goals and ensure an exciting future for Scottish darts. Darts Corner’s link up with the SDA will also involve support for the Scottish youth system, alongside the county and international setups. The SDA was founded in 1971 and for more than 50 years has been the leading darts organisation in Scotland, organising major domestic tournaments and putting teams forward into international events.
