International Deliveries

We will ship all standard items all over  the world, but this does not include PO Boxes or equivalent. 

Large or Heavy Items  (eg Dartboards, Cabinets, Surrounds, Dart Mats etc)

We WILL ship Large and heavy items to the following countries without prior approval: (PO BOXES or Equivalent are Not Allowed)

We are now able to ship to far more countries after negotiating a new deal with our couriers. The costs are based on figures quoted to us - and the following rates are applicable.  You may need to contact us before placing your orders to the following countries. We can then advise the costs appropriately.  The following is a guide so that you can see the costs involved.

We can only send a maximum of 20Kg per parcel to the above countries. 
For Example - if you require 6 Dartboards to the USA - the cost for Couriers would be GBP 65 x 2 - Total GBP 130.

BFPO Addresses (Large Items)
We are able to ship large items to BFPO addresses – but we advise that customers contact us prior to ordering so that we can confirm this is possible.

Overseas Deliveries – Additional Terms
Each customer will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customers responsibility to track the parcel and inform us of any problems in transit. If a parcel is returned to us due to non delivery, we reserve the right to charge the customer additional shipping charges to reship the items.
Any parcels returned to us will be refunded, but shipping charges cannot be refunded.
